About the role

  • Provide clinically driven subject matter expertise focused on the AdmissionCare product
  • Partner with Client Success Executives, Implementation, and Analytics to support pre-go-live, on-site go-lives, training, monthly meetings, QBRs, and ad-hoc touch points
  • Assist in development and maintenance of training initiatives and assess user proficiency with AdmissionCare
  • Produce reports and KPIs using EvidenceCare’s BI tool and translate analytics into client-focused narratives
  • Participate in implementation projects, support clients during integration, and travel to client sites for go-lives
  • Proactively identify opportunities for client education, process improvement, and workflow efficiencies within AdmissionCare
  • Serve as clinical and product subject matter expert (SME) and contribute to playbooks, templates, and tools
  • Collaborate across EvidenceCare verticals while maintaining regulatory and clinical best practices
  • Maintain awareness of healthcare environment, clinical information systems, evidence-based practice, leadership and informatics trends

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience (acute care)
  • Minimum of three years of revenue cycle experience (UR, UM, appeals)
  • Active RN License (Individual or Multi-State)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; master's degree preferred (nursing, business, or other clinical disciplines)
  • Experience with InterQual/MCG to complete medical necessity reviews and/or ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Skilled in utilizing business intelligence platforms for data analysis and reporting
  • Experienced in public speaking and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to decipher and trend data
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize workload effectively

  • Ability to work 3 days a week in-office (Nashville-based)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
