Requirements
- 4+ years of recruitment experience
- 2 years in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
