About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform reconciliation and process activities across Cash Posting and Allocation.
- Work with your manager to set and achieve yearly objectives.
- Manage your own workload to ensure work is completed to the agreed Service Levels (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Communicate and build relations with other IBA departments and internal Brokers and businesses to investigate and resolve any queried transactions to avoid further delays.
- Be proactively involved and support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
- Support audit requests for information and process walk-through exercises.
- Ensure we are fully compliant within FCA regulations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong Attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to use own initiative as well as work within a team environment.
- The mindset to be adaptable, embrace change and respond positively.
- Strength and resilience to work under pressure.
- Skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Ideally financial experience in an insurance broking environment
- Client Money (Cass 5) knowledge (desirable)
- GCSE Maths and English (grade 5 or above) or equivalent
