About the role

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for internal and customer-facing applications.
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot incidents in a timely manner.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve issues.
  • Manage deployments, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in application support or a similar technical role.
  • Hands-on experience managing user access to enterprise applications, ensuring accurate provisioning, role assignment, and compliance with security policies.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, ITIL.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
