About the role
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within Dynamics 365 FO Commerce / Retail modules
- Customize and extend Commerce functionality, including POS, e-commerce channels, and loyalty programs
- Integrate D365 FO Commerce with third-party systems such as payment gateways, ERP, and e-commerce platforms
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical documentation
- Support deployments, migrations, and upgrades of D365 FO Commerce modules
- Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Commerce and Retail environments
- Stay up-to-date with latest D365 Commerce features, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a D365 FO Commerce / Retail Developer
- Strong knowledge of X++ programming language, C# .NET, and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Commerce Engine, POS, e-commerce, and Retail channels
- Experience with integrations (APIs, Web Services, Data Entities, OData)
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Azure DevOps
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- English proficiency (spoken and written); Portuguese is a plus.
