About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the IT project lifecycle from planning to delivery, monitoring schedule, scope and quality
  • Create and maintain schedules, project plans and status reports
  • Support facilitation of project ceremonies and rituals, including kick-offs, status meetings and retrospectives
  • Identify and track risks and impediments, escalating to the senior analyst or coordinator when necessary
  • Serve as the operational point of contact between development, product and business teams
  • Apply and contribute to continuous improvement of established management processes and methodologies
  • Support the organization and prioritization of project portfolio demands under leadership guidance
  • Produce and monitor project performance indicators (KPIs), supporting data interpretation for decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in managing or supporting technology projects
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Familiarity with traditional methodologies (PMI/PMBOK)
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello or similar
  • Clear and objective communication, with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders
  • Intermediate English (preferred)
  • Experience in squad environments and distributed teams (plus)
  • Knowledge of the insurance market (plus)
  • Interest in progressing to higher-responsibility roles (Senior) in the medium term (plus)
