About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute the company’s M&A strategy;
Map, originate, and evaluate acquisition, investment, and strategic partnership opportunities;
Conduct financial, strategic, and operational analyses of opportunities;
Structure, negotiate, and execute complex transactions;
Coordinate financial, legal, tax, and operational due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors;
Lead executive discussions and prepare materials for committees and internal approvals;
Manage signing and closing of transactions, ensuring alignment among all parties involved.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or strategy consulting;
Advanced knowledge of corporate finance, valuation, and financial modeling;
Strong analytical skills and strategic business acumen;
Hands-on profile, with autonomy and an ownership mindset;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Bachelor’s degree or higher;
Advanced English;
The following will be considered a plus: prior M&A experience (buy-side or sell-side) and consulting background.
