About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evolve and maintain the banking system focused on fixed-income investment products;
- Implement new customer-requested features using REST APIs and integrations via queues/streaming;
- Gradually migrate the system to newer .NET versions;
- Optimize queries for performance on large-scale databases;
- Ensure high backend performance to handle large volumes of data;
- Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) and the team to define and build new APIs and services;
- Debug and resolve complex issues;
- Perform code reviews, ensuring quality, standards, and best development practices;
- Contribute to architectural evolution, providing technical decisions and continuous system improvements;
- Use Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a productivity and quality accelerator, supporting code generation, testing, and documentation;
- Design and implement flows with AI agents and automations to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort on repetitive tasks;
- Promote best practices for the use of AI in software development, ensuring responsible, secure, and efficient use.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience with .NET (4.7.2 and 10);
- Knowledge of Angular, HTML, JavaScript, and ASPX;
- Experience with MSSQL and Oracle SQL;
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ and IBM MQ;
- Ability to write unit tests;
- Experience with agile methodologies;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Focus on performance and system optimization;
- University degree (bachelor's) completed;
- Experience or familiarity with AI tools applied to software development (e.g., copilots, assisted code generation, test automation);
- Interest in working with agent orchestration and automation of intelligent flows.
