About the role

  • Execute provisioning and removal of access to systems and applications.
  • Perform periodic access reviews and support audits.
  • Handle requests and tickets related to identities and permissions.
  • Maintain and update profiles, groups, and access rules in accordance with internal policies.
  • Support documentation of IAM processes and controls.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security teams, and end users to ensure correct and secure access.
  • Learn and apply basic IAM concepts, governance, and security best practices.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of access administration (provisioning, modification, and revocation).
  • Understanding of identities, permissions, and user profiles in corporate environments.
  • Ability to interpret and follow internal security policies and access standards.
  • Familiarity with ticket handling and IT operational routines.
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux).
  • Ability to organize and record information (process documentation, controls, and evidence).
  • Basic understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management) and access governance.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ticketing processes.
  • Initial understanding of information security controls.
  • Experience with provisioning workflows, groups, profiles, and permissions.
  • Ability to interpret access policies and technical documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and corporate environments.
  • Proficiency with Excel or analysis tools to support inventories and access reviews.
  • Clear communication skills for interacting with users and IT teams.
