About the role
- Develop, maintain, and evolve .NET systems, focusing on critical, scalable, and secure applications for the financial sector;
- Participate in the design and support of microservices-based architectures, promoting decoupling, resilience, and high availability;
- Develop and maintain asynchronous integrations using messaging (Kafka), ensuring reliable event and message processing in high-throughput environments;
- Work with caching strategies (Redis), performance optimization, and latency reduction in transactional applications;
- Use HashiCorp Vault to ensure secure management of secrets, credentials, and sensitive information;
- Work with identity services (Keycloak) for authentication, authorization, and identity and access management of applications;
- Participate in technical definitions, refinements, and architecture discussions, contributing best practices for development, security, observability, and performance;
- Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of critical production environments;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements, quality standards, and financial industry compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed;
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in .NET/C# development, including building and maintaining APIs and distributed services;
- Knowledge and experience in microservices architecture, including service-to-service communication, decoupling, and resilience best practices;
