About the role

  • Work across the full product lifecycle, balancing Discovery strategies (understanding pain points and validating hypotheses) and Delivery (ensuring high-quality delivery);
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog in Jira, translating compliance and regulatory requirements into clear technical specifications and user stories;
  • Analyze usage and behavioral data using Looker Studio and Power BI to identify friction points and opportunities to improve the user experience;
  • Create and monitor action plans focused on engagement and retention (Product-Led Growth), aiming to reduce churn and increase perceived customer value;
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams to ensure system evolutions align with regulated market standards.

Requirements

  • Experience with Discovery, facilitating discovery sessions with stakeholders and customers;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies: Scrum or Kanban;
  • Data analysis skills: ability to interpret dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio to make evidence-based decisions;
  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Previous experience with Customer Success strategies aimed at reducing churn;
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry or with audit solutions;
  • Experience with GRC or regulated markets: prior knowledge of products that handle standards, risk, or compliance;
  • Experience with Jira.
