About the role

  • Actively collaborate with the Design team to evolve the Compliasset UI, focusing on modernization and usability;
  • Create and prototype flows in Figma in partnership with Product Managers and other Designers, ensuring solutions are validated and visually refined;
  • Propose new user journeys to increase engagement and reduce churn, acting as a champion of excellent user experiences;
  • Support maintenance and expansion of the Design System in Figma, ensuring visual consistency across product modules;
  • Work closely with the Product Analyst and Engineering teams to ensure designs are functional, feasible, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience with Figma, including component-based design and shared libraries;
  • Strong UI/UX experience: aesthetic refinement and the ability to organize complex interfaces clearly;
  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent);
  • Experience with DesignOps or organizing Design System libraries (plus);
  • Experience in the Financial industry or GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) (plus);
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS to facilitate technical collaboration with engineering (plus).
