About the role

  • Responsible for providing specialized technical assistance to clients;
  • Provide solutions and guide clients through tickets and inquiries raised by clients;
  • Act proactively by offering strategic insights to the operation;
  • Perform analyses that support business decisions;
  • Participate in internal and client meetings to analyze and resolve incidents and support requests.

Requirements

  • Higher education (in progress or completed);
  • Experience in consortium operations, including business rules and legislation/regulations;
  • Knowledge of SQL;
  • E.g.: Experience working in the financial market;
  • Experience with the Newcon product.
