About the role

  • Understand customer needs and translate them into clear, actionable features.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the development team.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features according to customer value and alignment with company strategy.
  • Write user stories, define clear acceptance criteria, and ensure all features are delivered with the expected quality.
  • Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, planning, and reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and product objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze product outcome metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
  • Keep up with trends in the supplementary pension market and technological innovations that may impact the product.

Requirements

  • Experience in the supplementary pension market.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience managing backlogs and roadmaps.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Experience with complex products and system integrations.
  • Ability to analyze data and product metrics.
  • Proactive, with negotiation skills and a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge or experience as a Product Owner will be considered a plus.
