About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 yearly audits and certifications.
Driving Quality Management Systems: Document Control, Change Management, MRB, 8D.
Managing compliance reports (REAH/RoHS, conflict minerals).
Driving Supplier Quality improvements (QBR, Supplier scorecard).
Driving customer RMA process from initiation through failure analysis and final reports.
Conducting supplier site audits.
Managing technology and product reliability monitoring reporting activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Preference to candidates with Semiconductor industry experience: Fab process, Product Test, packaging reliability.
Bachler’s degree in Electrical, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science preferred.
Familiarity with JEDEC standards, ISO 9901/14001, IATF 16949, automotive quality, SPC, Cpk.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI.
Strong communication skills, comfortable working with various internal company divisions and external suppliers & customers.
