Quality Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 yearly audits and certifications.
- Driving Quality Management Systems: Document Control, Change Management, MRB, 8D.
- Managing compliance reports (REAH/RoHS, conflict minerals).
- Driving Supplier Quality improvements (QBR, Supplier scorecard).
- Driving customer RMA process from initiation through failure analysis and final reports.
- Conducting supplier site audits.
- Managing technology and product reliability monitoring reporting activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preference to candidates with Semiconductor industry experience: Fab process, Product Test, packaging reliability.
- Bachler’s degree in Electrical, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science preferred.
- Familiarity with JEDEC standards, ISO 9901/14001, IATF 16949, automotive quality, SPC, Cpk.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable working with various internal company divisions and external suppliers & customers.
