Financial Accountant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform accounting activities in compliance with US GAAP
- Provide support for inventory, cost, and revenue analysis
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
- Support AI and Automation initiatives
- Support accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, including analysis and supporting schedules
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Administrative, Sales, Operations) as needed
- Support continuous improvement of accounting processes, controls, and documentation
- Support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting standards (US GAAP)
- Demonstrated ability to apply accounting knowledge to real business operations and programs
- Prefer experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience in technology, semiconductor, or similar industries is preferred
- Exposure to system implementations or process transformation initiatives.
