About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategy, design, and execution of user onboarding, learning, and adoption initiatives for the AI Agency Platform
Develop deep functional knowledge of the AI Agency platform and client workflows
Design and own end-to-end onboarding for internal and external users
Develop and facilitate live and virtual training sessions
Create facilitator guides, playbooks, job aids, videos, knowledge bases, and interactive eLearning
Direct learning solutions through platforms such as LXP and SharePoint
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for onboarding effectiveness, platform adoption, feature utilization, user proficiency, and business impact
Contribute to communication planning for platform releases
Oversee and direct a network of platform champions (“sherpas”)
Establish content governance and keep training materials current with platform releases
Identify adoption barriers and training gaps and deliver an enablement roadmap
Scale onboarding and training through personalized digital learning experiences
Develop a platform certification approach for internal and client audiences
Gather and synthesize user feedback to influence training priorities, onboarding experiences, and platform enhancements
Model inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience building training, onboarding, or enablement programs for enterprise SaaS platforms with rapidly evolving technology
Track record leading internal and client training and enablement delivery
Ability to tailor content to audiences from different functional disciplines and varied AI experience
Experience facilitating demos, hands-on exercises, and interactive discussions, including real-time troubleshooting and debugging
Knowledge of instructional design best practices
Proficiency with modern learning authoring and delivery tools
Experience using AI tools to enhance training material development, learning personalization, or training workflow efficiency
Experience leveraging learning analytics, platform usage data, and user feedback
Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, prompt engineering fundamentals, AI-assisted workflows, and responsible AI practices
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and explain them engagingly
Ability to communicate with senior executives, client stakeholders, and end users
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
Ability to build and lead in a rapidly changing environment
Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred
Experience in a marketing, advertising, digital, or consulting agency environment is a strong plus
Active daily use and experimentation with AI tools
Demonstrated ability to build or run practical AI solutions
