About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver against sales targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and formulary committees
  • Navigate IDNs and Academic Medical Centers to maximize product access
  • Assist HCP champions and health system leaders in operationalizing treatment for RRP patients
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, market access, and medical affairs teams on sales strategies and promotional materials
  • Stay current on clinical data, treatment guidelines, and market trends
  • Conduct product presentations, educational programs, and in-service training for healthcare professionals
  • Assist hospitals with onboarding and formulary approval by providing documentation, clinical data, and value propositions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback; adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Provide customer and market feedback to internal teams
  • Maintain accurate sales, customer interaction, and product inventory records in CRM tools
  • Develop local, regional, and national KOLs in the assigned territory
  • Build comprehensive account plans for targeted IDNs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or business field
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in a hospital and large IDN selling environment
  • Strong understanding of IDNs, Buy & Bill, 340B, and the hospital formulary approval process
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools
  • Valid driver’s license clear of violations meeting our MVR criteria
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
  • In-depth knowledge of oncology treatments, therapeutic areas, and emerging trends in oncology, and cell and gene therapy preferred
  • ENT/Otolaryngology experience preferred
  • Understanding of ultra-cold chain distribution preferred
