About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Launch, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns within the agency trading desk
  • Monitor campaign performance, brand safety, and viewability against agreed standards
  • Manage campaign calendars, assets, screenshots, billing trackers, and pre/post-launch processes
  • Analyze data and maintain optimization logs
  • Provide weekly performance snapshots and pacing
  • Contribute optimization insights and context to analytics reporting
  • Identify, diagnose, and escalate campaign issues
  • Maintain vendor and cross-agency partner relationships
  • Participate in internal and external meetings
  • Contribute to tactical media planning, forecasting, and estimation
  • Contribute to proposals and provide guidance on insertion orders and launch documents
  • Identify new media opportunities
  • Monitor emerging technologies, trends, and practices
  • Suggest improvements to media and programmatic processes
  • Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a DSP in a self-service manner mandatory
  • 2–3+ years of DSP experience preferred
  • Deep understanding of the relationship between DSPs and other platforms, including ad servers
  • Proficiency in demand-side platforms
  • Campaign setup, budget management, and campaign optimization skills
  • Understanding of creative testing and implementation/rotation
  • Data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in data platforms or experience working with data vendors
  • Proficiency in third-party verification tools such as DoubleVerify and IAS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas
  • Analytical, numbers-oriented, detail-oriented, and self-starting approach
