About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and coordinate project management activities within the pharma sector and Complete Commercialization Business
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Support the development and implementation of project management standards, processes, and best practices
Support the planning and execution of pharma projects and cross-functional workstreams
Support the CCO with key project management client needs
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks
Prepare executive presentations and reports
Help manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Help facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge of pharma regulatory requirements and industry standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
