About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and coordinate project management activities within the pharma sector and Complete Commercialization Business
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Support the development and implementation of project management standards, processes, and best practices
  • Support the planning and execution of pharma projects and cross-functional workstreams
  • Support the CCO with key project management client needs
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Prepare executive presentations and reports
  • Help manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Help facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of pharma regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
