About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive full lifecycle delivery and management of specialized MedComm projects
Act as the primary, hands-on PM for the team, proactively anticipating needs and managing all daily project operations independently
Develop and actively manage project timelines, risk registers, communication plans, and change logs
Work tightly and collaboratively with Account Services and the Medical team to facilitate project workflows and ensure scientific accuracy
Facilitate monthly billing, analysis, and action in partnership with Account and Finance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
Three to five years of experience in a PMO role
Agency experience is required; MedComm, pharmaceutical, or healthcare agency experience is ideal, but not limited to these areas
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Project Management Information Systems such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or MS Project
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
