About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive full lifecycle delivery and management of specialized MedComm projects
- Act as the primary, hands-on PM for the team, proactively anticipating needs and managing all daily project operations independently
- Develop and actively manage project timelines, risk registers, communication plans, and change logs
- Work tightly and collaboratively with Account Services and the Medical team to facilitate project workflows and ensure scientific accuracy
- Facilitate monthly billing, analysis, and action in partnership with Account and Finance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
- Three to five years of experience in a PMO role
- Agency experience is required; MedComm, pharmaceutical, or healthcare agency experience is ideal, but not limited to these areas
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Project Management Information Systems such as Workfront, Smartsheet, or MS Project
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
