About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support, maintain, and optimize EVERSANA’s UKG Pro HCM system across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Onboarding modules.
Serve as a subject matter expert for system configuration, troubleshooting, and end‑user support.
Identify, research, track, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll to deliver effective global HCM solutions.
Lead small‑scale HRIS projects and system enhancements from initial requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and post‑implementation support.
Create, update, and optimize UKG Pro workflows, maintain role-based access security, and perform monthly access audits.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro (Core HCM required; experience with Payroll, Benefits, Onboarding, or Talent preferred)
Strong understanding of HR processes, U.S. employment practices, and payroll fundamentals.
Familiarity with HR compliance requirements such as FLSA, FMLA, ACA, and payroll tax laws.
Demonstrated experience supporting and optimizing HRIS processes, including configuration, troubleshooting, and compliance alignment, across global regions.
Hands-on UKG Pro configuration and system administration experience, including management of system settings, workflow routing, Business Process Flows (BPFs), role-based security, module configuration (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, etc.)
