- Demonstrating excellent virtual and face-to-face interview skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent years’ professional experience
- Success in effectively dealing with all levels of an organization, from entry level to executive team
- Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System or Customer Relationship Management System, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other passive candidate sourcing systems
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
