Key responsibilities & impact

Lead day-to-day development of requirements gathering and process modeling
Facilitate cross functional requirements gathering sessions
Translate business rules, requirements & process flows into documentation formats
Provide strong collaboration between team members & clients
Develop and maintain Data Transfer Agreements
Diagram current/future state Business/Operations & System Processes
Create user documentation, work instructions, and procedures
Handle multiple projects of moderate or complex scope
Liaison with pharmacy, sales, marketing, compliance, and/or legal
Ensure adoption of standardized project processes
Perform research into project-related issues and products
Support projects post-deployment during hypercare

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst
Minimum 2 year’s experience working in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences
Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Information Technology strongly desired
Experience in collecting, defining business requirements and testing
Familiarity with business analysis concepts, tools and techniques
Familiarity in Microsoft Office applications, especially Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
Ability to interact with people from all disciplines with all levels of experience
Experience at working both independently and collaboratively
