About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work directly with client operation team leaders and support professionals to provide exceptional technical support for Salesforce Health Cloud ecosystem of applications
  • Ensure the smooth operation and user satisfaction of Patient Services Hub programs, engagement portals, and copay programs
  • Responsible for diagnosing and resolving high severity and high impact incidents
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand support needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Implement and execute application support aligned with ITIL best practices
  • Lead diagnosis of complex issues across applications
  • Perform support duties aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Proactively monitor system health and performance
  • Analyze trends, identify root causes, and implement preventive solutions
  • Prepare application support changes in accordance with Change / Release Management policies
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews and unit testing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • 10+ years of software development experience
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem support, with a strong focus on the Health Cloud platform
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies
  • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and knowledge of incident, problem, and change management
  • Strong understanding of Experience Cloud, MuleSoft integrations, and API-first development principles
  • Experience working with business rule engines
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of API-first development principles and best practices.
  • Holds Salesforce Certification(s), one of or combination of Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (or higher): MuleSoft Certified Developer
