About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work directly with client operation team leaders and support professionals to provide exceptional technical support for Salesforce Health Cloud ecosystem of applications
- Ensure the smooth operation and user satisfaction of Patient Services Hub programs, engagement portals, and copay programs
- Responsible for diagnosing and resolving high severity and high impact incidents
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand support needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Implement and execute application support aligned with ITIL best practices
- Lead diagnosis of complex issues across applications
- Perform support duties aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Proactively monitor system health and performance
- Analyze trends, identify root causes, and implement preventive solutions
- Prepare application support changes in accordance with Change / Release Management policies
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Ensure code quality through code reviews and unit testing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem support, with a strong focus on the Health Cloud platform
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and knowledge of incident, problem, and change management
- Strong understanding of Experience Cloud, MuleSoft integrations, and API-first development principles
- Experience working with business rule engines
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong understanding of API-first development principles and best practices.
- Holds Salesforce Certification(s), one of or combination of Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (or higher): MuleSoft Certified Developer
