Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in resource management, agency operations, or a related professional services field.
- Minimum of 7+ years in a formal leadership capacity, with a proven track record of managing and developing teams.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning, capacity management, and forecasting on a large scale.
- Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of agency profitability drivers and metrics (e.g., utilization, billability, project margin).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
