About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead our creative team as a visionary and experienced Creative Director, ART
- Oversee the development and execution of creative concepts that align with brand vision and marketing objectives
- Inspire the team and foster creativity while maintaining a focus on results
- Manage team dynamics through experience, empowerment and autonomy to foster great work and growth
- Present persuasive creative solutions to client challenges
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development and proactive management of bias
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of digital, print, traditional and trade marketing experience
- Two+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with drug launch know-how highly valued
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent in education + experience)
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and all that it entails: disease state and product science, therapeutic industry standards, legal restrictions and competitive markets
- Experience on global campaigns is ideal
- Management and supervisory skill set; sense of humor
- Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and AI experience is required
