About the role
- Responsible for the configuration, administration, and continuous optimization of the Workfront platform.
- Supports the broader project systems ecosystem—including platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Project Operations, PowerBI, and/or other enterprise tools.
- Ensures project systems remain aligned with enterprise processes, governance standards, financial reporting requirements, and evolving operational needs.
- Supports enhancements, integrations, documentation, and user enablement across multiple systems.
Requirements
- Bachelors of Sciences or Arts is required; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Workfront administration, project management operations, or enterprise system configuration.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerBI, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, business process alignment, and cross‑functional operations.
- Experience supporting or administering integrated systems in a matrixed environment.
