About the role
- Developing, delivering, executing, and managing training needs for pharmaceutical clients
- Supporting the evaluation, creation, and implementation of training initiatives
- Facilitating engaging live or virtual training sessions
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for implementation of learning materials
- Providing train-the-trainer services and sustainment curriculum trainings
- Managing the Training Project Plan
Requirements
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical training environment is required
- 3+ years of experience as a successful sales representative selling pharmaceuticals or medical equipment
- 2+ years of experience in a national sales training department with experience in curriculum development and delivery is required
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes and adult learning principles
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
