About the role

Lead and contribute to the development of proposals, responses to requests for information (RFIs) and other relevant documents
Collaborate with employees within various functional areas
Agree on the sales strategy with the sales team
Run internal kick-off meetings with the proposal contributing team
Draft proposals and expedite requests to senior leaders for the provision of expert text
Communicate the status of projects to department directors and senior management
Maintain timelines for deliverables for internal and external clients
Research information for RFIs and RFPs
Create and edit proposals and related documents based on the client’s requirements/specifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Demonstrable ability to understand complex concepts/ideas and apply them to a specific function/task
Self-starter as demonstrated by actively seeking out solutions to problems and self-educating when knowledge is lacking
Knowledge of pharmaceutical development and commercialization
Previous industry-related experience
Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Demonstrated strong writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good attention to detail – quality driven
Exceptional computer skills with expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office® (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
