About the role
- The Business Development (BD) Associate will manage business development workflow, finances, and resources.
- Align with business, clinical, and technology stakeholders on analytics strategies.
- Assist in developing contracts and proposal responses (RFPs).
- Manage client requests and assist in developing proposals with detailed timelines and budgets.
- Prepare materials for client meetings, including presentations and reports.
- Conduct research on new opportunities and prepare material for business leaders.
- Develop and manage project documents and facilitate the adoption of agile principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Master's degree preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare domain
- 2+ years of progressive project and program management experience in a global organization
- Experience of working with a data analytics and modeling team, preferably around healthcare claims data and commercial analytics in the life science industry
- Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to productively interact and negotiate with all levels of customers and company personnel.
