About the role

  • The Business Development (BD) Associate will manage business development workflow, finances, and resources.
  • Align with business, clinical, and technology stakeholders on analytics strategies.
  • Assist in developing contracts and proposal responses (RFPs).
  • Manage client requests and assist in developing proposals with detailed timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare materials for client meetings, including presentations and reports.
  • Conduct research on new opportunities and prepare material for business leaders.
  • Develop and manage project documents and facilitate the adoption of agile principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Master's degree preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare domain
  • 2+ years of progressive project and program management experience in a global organization
  • Experience of working with a data analytics and modeling team, preferably around healthcare claims data and commercial analytics in the life science industry
  • Attention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to productively interact and negotiate with all levels of customers and company personnel.
