About the role
- Generate, evaluate, refine, and iterate medium complexity design solutions, with a strong grasp of key design principles.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, integrating them into strategic, user-focused designs that align with project goals and timelines.
- Demonstrate autonomy through effective time management and organizational skills, and the ability to balance independent work with collaborative team efforts.
- Collaborate closely with brand and UX team members, integrate feedback, and ensure design excellence, clarity, and user-centric focus.
- Confidently navigate a variety of development platforms, partnering closely with front-end developers to ensure design performance across different devices and frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience as an interaction (IxD), UI (VxD), or UX designer required.
- Proficiency in current design and prototyping tools (Figma) and ability to learn new ones as projects require.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Driven by user-centered and design thinking methodologies and fluent in best practices for usability and accessibility.
- Has basic exposure to HTML and CSS and understands their purpose and function
