About the role

  • Serve as Compliance Lead supporting a pharmaceutical client within Deployment Solutions
  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive risk-based monitoring program
  • Conduct field monitoring and identify emerging compliance risks
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal operations
  • Develop compliance training and maintain training content
  • Support compliance policy implementation and stay ahead of regulatory developments

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • 5 years of dedicated compliance experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences
  • Extensive experience in compliance monitoring and risk identification
  • Strong knowledge of FDA, OIG, PhRMA Code, AdvaMed, Sunshine/Open Payments, and state-specific laws
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in identifying, documenting, and escalating compliance risks
  • Experience developing and delivering compliance training
  • Experience supporting compliance reporting and governance cadences
