About the role
- Support the implementation and deployment of field-based teams
- Conduct free-text monitoring of email, CRM call notes, and field coaching reports
- Participate in live and virtual field ride-alongs
- Track compliance performance indicators and identify patterns
- Compile data for compliance dashboards
- Support tracking of state and local licensing, registration, and disclosure requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of experience in compliance, monitoring, regulatory operations, or related roles in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
- Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare laws, industry codes, and compliance standards applicable to pharmaceutical field activities
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
