About the role
- Manage AP activities, develop team members, establish new processes, and improve existing processes
- Communicate with vendors and employees to resolve discrepancies related to payments, invoices, and purchase orders
- Ensure efficient, accurate, and timely processing of all vendor invoices
- Prepare weekly payment projections and monitor weekly payment runs
- Participate in monthly close activities and perform month-end reconciliation of Accounts Payable Aging Report
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a finance environment with at least five years in AP
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products
- Management experience, working with multiple entities and countries
