About the role
- Take full responsibility for concepting and art/design development for a range of projects.
- Design materials for pharmaceutical marketing across digital, print, and video channels.
- Present and defend work internally and may collaborate to sell agency work externally.
- Assist creative leads and help pull concepts through tactics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal/external teams.
- Work within pharmaceutical regulatory processes.
- Distill complex scientific information into clear visual communications.
- File-building/management and follow The One Intouch Process.
- Participate in brainstorms, mentor junior team members, and contribute to new business efforts.
- Meet billability targets and proactively communicate workload.
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in art direction, with a focus on pharmaceutical marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in developing multichannel creative that displays strong conceptual thinking, design finesse, strategic acumen, and the ability to bring clarity to content-heavy work
- Proficiency in digital, print, and video communication design.
- Mastery of pharmaceutical regulatory processes and adept at working within these confines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to distill complex and scientific medical information into clear, compelling visual communications.
- Proficient in file-building/management best practices.
