About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consult with clients to understand their travel dreams, preferences, and budget
- Research and book flights, hotels, resorts, cruises, packages and add-ons
- Craft tailored travel plans and manage logistics end-to-end
- Stay updated on travel trends, supplier promotions & destination highlights
- Provide ongoing client support (pre-travel, during, post-travel) to ensure delight & referrals
