About the role
- Providing fast, high-quality support to customers (email/chat/help desk).
- Improving onboarding and retention by proactively helping users succeed.
- Turning customer feedback into clear, prioritized insights for the team.
- Building and maintaining a help center / FAQ / internal support playbooks.
- Working directly with founders and operators on customer success strategy.
- Spotting growth opportunities from support conversations.

- Skills and aptitude that are relevant to customer success.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility quickly.
