About the role

  • Providing fast, high-quality support to customers (email/chat/help desk).
  • Improving onboarding and retention by proactively helping users succeed.
  • Turning customer feedback into clear, prioritized insights for the team.
  • Building and maintaining a help center / FAQ / internal support playbooks.
  • Working directly with founders and operators on customer success strategy.
  • Spotting growth opportunities from support conversations.

  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility quickly.
