About the role
- You will support our project management team on real customer projects — not as an observer, but as an active participant.
- Preparation, support and follow-up of client meetings
- Maintenance and organization of our digital project boards (e.g., ClickUp)
- Assistance in formulating and structuring tasks for developers
- Documentation of project progress and internal communication
- Contributing to the identification of project risks and the development of solutions
- Taking on initial small subprojects with the goal of later managing projects independently
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student, ideally in business, IT, media, business informatics or a related field
- Initial exposure to digital projects (e.g., university projects, internships, personal interest)
- Structured and self-directed way of working
- Strong willingness to learn and interest in project workflows
- Very good German language skills, written and spoken (required)
- Very good English language skills, written and spoken
