💰 $75,000 - $95,000 per year
About the role
- Work in the Sales department to help customers achieve their goals in energy efficiency, basement waterproofing, indoor air quality, and comfort upgrades
- Meet customers in their homes, listen carefully to their needs and goals, assesses energy efficiency opportunities using building science diagnostics
- Recommend solutions and works through the entire sales process, including contracting, production hand-off, and project-end quality assurance review
Requirements
- 3–5 years of in-home sales experience in residential energy audits, weatherization, insulation, basement waterproofing, or related fields
- BPI Certified Building Analyst
- Experience working with Efficiency Maine rebates and program requirements
- Knowledge of residential building codes
- Ability to navigate in small spaces (e.g. attics and crawlspaces)
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to wear a respirator
- Ability to lift and carry 35 lb.
