About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will take ownership of building and evolving our platform infrastructure in the areas of Site Reliability Engineering, security, automation, Kubernetes, and observability
- You will design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- You will establish security and compliance standards
- You will automate recurring operational processes and further develop our Kubernetes setup so that deployments, scaling, and resilience run smoothly
- Together with the team, you will build a sensible and sustainable on-call concept to ensure our high availability and rapid response capability
- We support each other as a team and take responsibility for our platform across both frontend and backend.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Practical experience in backend development
- Experience with frontend development
- Solid understanding of microservice architectures and hands-on implementation experience
- Familiarity with modern development tools and practices (e.g., Git, Docker, CI/CD)
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Team player with a proactive approach and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
