About the role

  • Developing and maintaining a multi-quarter product roadmap that aligns with EVEREVE’s national growth strategy.
  • Partnering with executive leadership to identify new business needs and translating them into high-level product requirements and technical solutions.
  • Documenting complex system architecture and integration dependencies to ensure a scalable foundation for our 100+ stores and booming e-commerce business.
  • Overseeing the health of business applications from initial discovery through implementation, monitoring, and eventual deprecation.
  • Planning and directing best practices for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rollout strategies across the organization.
  • Fielding escalated user questions and managing 3rd party vendor relationships to resolve critical system blockers with a high sense of urgency.
  • Coordinating adjustments, validating fixes, and communicating impact to users to ensure seamless retail operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technology service delivery, business analysis, or product management role
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record with retail software systems, fulfillment systems, or ERP implementations (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Significant experience with Shopify or similar enterprise e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to understand the "why" behind business needs and prioritize based on ROI and customer impact.
  • Experience acting as a Product Owner/Manager within an Agile framework, managing backlogs, and leading sprint ceremonies.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics (SQL, GA4, or BI tools) to monitor system health and justify product decisions.
  • Tenacity and follow through to see new and ongoing projects through to completion
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster strong team partnerships
