Lead the end-to-end migration of existing Oracle Forms 10g screens and business logic to Oracle APEX
Design and build wireframes mapping legacy interfaces to modern web standards
Develop complex, user-friendly UI features within Oracle APEX
Write, tune, and optimize complex SQL queries and PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
Ensure seamless integration between the database backend and APEX frontend
Maintain data integrity and system performance
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand legacy workflows
Ensure new applications meet current business requirements

5+ years of work experience
Proven hands-on experience developing applications using Oracle APEX (Application Express)
Direct experience with Oracle Forms 10g
Strong understanding of transitioning legacy forms logic to web-based frameworks
Expert-level proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and complex UI designs
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to reverse-engineer legacy code and translate it into optimized, modern solutions
