About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, write, and finalize responses to client and prospect Requests for Information (RFIs)
Develop capabilities presentations and similar documents in PowerPoint
Coordinate interaction between Business Development and Everest functional leaders
Collect strategic content for RFIs
Support and contribute to management of the RFI Content Database
Develop tailored responses and refine existing RFI responses
Apply strategic writing and editing techniques to ensure submissions are accurate, compelling, compliant, and aligned with customer requirements
Maintain the RFI Content Database, including formatting and filing graphics, slides, and text
Review existing RFI content regularly
Attend weekly Proposal and Commercial team meetings
Identify new content for the RFI Content Database
Refine proposal and commercial document and slide templates
Review the Project Experience Database to ensure project details are accurately recorded
Support ad hoc information requests from Proposals, Business Development, and Finance teams
Prepare proposal documents and bid defense slide decks using templates
Draft PowerPoint slides summarizing therapeutic area experience, team profiles, and other content
Provide backend support for Salesforce and the RFI Content Database
Generate fields and workflows, administer users, and provide training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors’ degree in health, physical/biological/chemistry sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, or business fields with experience in the subject matter
2 years or more in related clinical trial CRO RFI Management and/or Library Management
High quality written communications for RFI response writing
Good logical orientation and succinct, informative business writing
Attention to detail for formatting, structure, tone, and quantitative data
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to generate polished graphs, charts, and tables using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Ability to meet tight submission timelines on an occasional basis
Ability to support development of effective bid defense PowerPoint presentations
Experience with administering and backend support of Salesforce, Qvidian, and Power BI is an asset but not required
