Requirements
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
- 1+ years remote work experience
- 2 years of call center experience
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple computer systems at one time
- Skilled in de-escalation with the ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Experience working with customer support
