Artificial Intelligence

• Owning compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI, e-commerce platforms
• Contracts and assessments required under data protection law, including the GDPR (DPAs, TIAs, etc.)
• Preparing, maintaining required compliance documentation, e.g.: Internal documentation under data protection, AI Governance, consumer rights, and similar laws
• EverAI’s AI systems inventory (in line with EU guidance)
• Risk assessments under applicable safety laws
• Product & feature reviews (e.g., for consumer rights, data protection compliance)
• Owning day-to-day compliance tasks: Standard IP issues (e.g., DMCA notices, copycats)
• Contract reviews (NDAs, licenses)
• Legal terms updates (including TOS, Privacy Notices, and content policies)
• Tracking, researching and analyzing relevant legal developments (e.g., the application of new laws or regulatory guidance to EverAI)

Junior/Mid AI Compliance Specialist

• Owning compliance with worldwide laws applicable to AI, e-commerce platforms

• Identify, attract, and land top global talent
• Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack
• Help map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide
• Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment
• Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close
• Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows and remove friction

Talent Acquisition Specialist
