About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with affiliates
Keep affiliates consistently informed and supported
Oversee onboarding and integration of new affiliates into the affiliate program
Monitor affiliate performance and generate traffic, conversion, and ROI reports
Analyze affiliate results, optimize campaigns, and identify scaling opportunities
Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners
Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels and maximize conversion rates
Regularly review and improve affiliate communication and management processes
Report directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics and strategies across SEO, media buying, and paid social channels
Advanced competence with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI
Perfect fluency in English
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Goal-oriented, ownership, and commitment
Doer mindset balancing execution, planning, and strategy
Humble, willing to learn, and open to feedback
Adaptable and comfortable reprioritizing quickly
Comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content
Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems, including postback S2S setup and ad servers
Experience handling affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, and volume drops
Previous experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level
Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing
Experience with subscription-based business models
Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of residence
Willingness and ability to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence
