About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage, maintain, and grow affiliate relationships, keeping affiliates informed and supported
Oversee onboarding and integration of new affiliates
Monitor affiliate performance and report on traffic, conversions, and ROI
Analyze results, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities to scale
Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners
Troubleshoot affiliate issues and provide timely solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels and maximize conversion rates
Review and improve affiliate communication and management processes
Report directly to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and networks
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across SEO, media buying, paid social, and diverse channels
Advanced competence with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and reporting systems
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Perfect fluency in English
Goal-oriented, ownership, and commitment
Ability to balance execution, planning, and strategy in a fast-moving environment
Adaptability and openness to feedback
Comfortable advertising products based on uncensored models and content (#NSFW)
Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems, including postback S2S setup and ad servers
Experience handling affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud, and volume drops
Experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level
Knowledge of funnel optimization and A/B testing
Experience with subscription-based business models
Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques
Willingness and ability to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence
Legal authorization to work in the current country of residence
