About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, attract, and land top global talent, while helping build a recruitment stack that matches the scale and ambition of a company serving 50M users worldwide
- Help map and engage elite talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide
- Support the implementation of an AI-first recruitment stack
- Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally
- Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call to the final close
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment
- Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows
- Contribute to creative initiatives and content that position EverAI as the #1 destination for the world’s best AI talent
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
- Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
- Global sourcing experience: You have a track record of helping attract talent from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- You thrive in a high-trust environment where you are empowered to learn, improve processes, and make an impact
