About the role
- Interacting with the Product Manager to review project specs
- Preparing integration plans, break-downs, and estimations
- Hands-on code implementation, PRs, code reviews, testing, etc.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a back-end or full-stack software engineer
- Experience in tech scale-ups or similarly agile and fast-paced environments
- Experience on large-scale products where your code was used by thousands of monthly users
- Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English)
- Ownership and commitment - we’re looking for owners, not renters
- Doer mindset - able to balance software craftsmanship and velocity
- User-centricity - pride in building products and obsession for amazing user experience
- Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content
- Bonus: Past experience and/or interest in data science and generative AI (NLP, ML, MLOps, etc.) and experience working with globally distributed teams
